Company vehicle, Mon through Friday. Bonus incentives.

Cons

AI system they use to create orders needs a lot of work and actually creates more work for salesperson.

When I first started the Pros were endless Weekends off Company Vehicle Good Benefits

Cons

Long days Heavy Workload with even Higher expectations. Company is investing heavily into AI eventually replacing all man power. Soon their won't be any Sales reps just Full time merchandisers. The company let AI come in and it now runs the entire distributor. Your opinion on your own route does not matter. Sales no longer matter. Company more interested in cutting manpower/saving cost. They are very quick to resort to disciplinary action. Company sells this biggest brands in the market, but the pay is some of the lowest in the field

Pros

Hours are decent and the type of work isn't bad compared to other merchandiser positions.

Cons

Pay is very low especially compared to competitors. The communication between upper management and employees is horrible. The micromanagement method isn't required but they still seem to push unnecessary things
