Pros
Work Life balance is the best out there. Pay is decent. Very relatable and fun ppl to be around(office ppl, supervisors, direct delivery manager etc).
Cons
Upper Management is out of their minds. They treat hard workers like a number but the lazy slow drivers are rewarded with an easier route. They will blind side you out of nowhere with a reroute that will make you work more hours for the same amount of money. I quit immediately after years of being loyal to them. I feel bad for the ppl who couldn't. Don't ever work here if you have a particular lifestyle. This company is notorious for making sudden changes that will alter that. They will attempt to fix something that's not broken, all while just making matters worse with the craziest bright ideas.
