It's a stable job in an unstable economy. If that's what you're looking for then this place will offer you that at least.

Cons

The workload is heavy and pay is extremely poor Supervisors work many years to max out at a level that barely allows them to live a comfortable life

It's a good way to get your foot in the door, especially if you're considering law school or a career in politics.

Cons

The pay is not great, you pay towards your healthcare benefits, etc... Your mental health may suffer. It's just not very conducive to a good quality of life/COL.
