Pros

You have a predictable schedule, paid holidays & weekends, co-workers are civil to work with, health insurance/dental benefits are above average.

Cons

low pay including no cost of living increases-what you initially make is what you will be stuck with until you find another job, zero room for advancement

Pros

It's a stable job in an unstable economy. If that's what you're looking for then this place will offer you that at least.

Cons

The workload is heavy and pay is extremely poor Supervisors work many years to max out at a level that barely allows them to live a comfortable life
