      Pros

      I started as a sales rep recently and so far I am really happy. The training has been great. I learned so much already and I know it will help with my success. The ability to make good money is nice since the sales team sells a lot of software. Every time I have a question there are numerous people to help with answers. I hope to be with this company for a long time.

      I love working here. Its a great laid back environment with very supportive staff

      Cons

      There are no established policy standards for management making reviews a nightmare. Some managers aren’t even qualified and let staff down continuously
