I find that Management is very flexible in setting schedules

Cons

Some people would say the starting hourly rate is too low, but the flexibility and atmosphere outweigh that, in my opinion. Great starting job for young people

Easy to understand training. Good pay.

Cons

Atmosphere seems very “clique-y”. Higher ups ask for extra work without proper compensation. If you want to move up from this position you need to switch departments. Your Christmas present is a coupon.
