Good luck keeping your job or moving up when upper management has personal problems with you. Your direct supervisor and part time employees are allowed to screw around all day but everything gets put onto your plate if it doesn’t get done, they lie/make things up to get you written up. The assistant store director breaks multiple laws all the time in the workplace. From threatening to change my hours drastically after coming to her about issues, telling employees we are not allowed to talk about pay, accusing employees of faking disabilities/injury if a employee working a Coborns fresh department is sick throwing up ect they get offered a Alka-Seltzer we are forced to work even if we’re injured or sick or they write us up stay away from this company.
