Nice company with a hometown feel, lots of different options and open to working with associates that may be interested in transferring to other locations.

Cons

Everyone knows everybody so if you are experiencing bullying but the HR rep is best friends with someone that is vouching for the bully or is a bully then nothing will be done.

Terrible scheduling, there is no good excuse for missing even the smallest thing, the way the manager does something is the ONLY valid way to do that thing.
