Employees are close to one another therefore creating better bonds which means better team work. I love the attitude and how our guests are treated with care and careful attention. Also has very flexible hours.

Cons

Not too many job opportunities since it's a small place, and sometimes you don't always get the reward you deserve no matter how hard you work.
