Pros

The Coca-Cola brand is powerful and they do have a lot of good products. I got to work with a lot of great people along the way too. Pay is average, and incentives can be nice as long as they are attainable.

Cons

Once my branch switched to CCBCC from CCR, things went downhill fast and morale suffered. Very little opportunity for growth. Cuts in pay, less people on the street. In small store, if you didn't start your day early enough you'd be on your route until 7 or 8pm. CCR seemed to care more about employees, CCBCC says they do, but I didn't see it. Very little transparency during the transition from CCR to CCBCC left a lot of people with a bad taste in their mouth and they lost a lot of good people because of it. Still trying to track down some pay I feel they still owe me. If I was rating CCR I would give 4 stars, CCBCC gets 2.

Pros

Very good health insurance and free Dasani water.

Cons

Good ole boy network. For most of those in leadership, this is the only job they ever had since they graduated high school. Antiquated systems. Not open to trying new ways of doing things.

Pros

There really wasn't any to be honest. I thought about this long and hard.

Cons

Micro managed. Your work life balance is terrible! If you have children and enjoy seeing them then I would stay away. Upper management gives little to no assistance but demands are through the roof. I've been in beverage sales for over a decade and this was by far the worst experience I ever had. Pay broken down per hour was very poor. Normal work day would be from 6am-7pm. Plus they could care less about any family related issues that might prevent you from being on time. Even if you had a light sales day. If your an experienced sales rep I would strongly recommend looking else where. Even if you were considering upper management the pay is not worth it when compared to the hours you would have to put in.
