Management is constantly trying to reinvent the wheel instead of just letting their workers do their jobs. This is a company that definitely thinks punishing and hypercriticizing people is cheaper than rewarding them. In 2011, they announced major changes to how merchandisers do their jobs. Managers now track merchandisers with GPS. They also required merchandisers to work 6 days on, 2 off, until many people quit, including myself. Then they switched to a system where many full-time workers were forced to become part-time workers without benefits. Who knows what's next? One thing is guaranteed. Life for workers at CCBCC is going downhill fast.
