Pros

It's a good workout and they are flexible with your hours. Shifts are only 4 hours long...which could be a good or bad thing.

Cons

Getting a raise is nearly impossible if you are a woman in the warehouse. Getting full time employment is also nearly impossible. Work a lot of weekends/holidays.

Pros

Salary is $40K-$45K Benefits are decent Turnover is high (for good reasons), but that makes this an easy job to get if you need one You work in different accounts everyday and get to interact with a wide variety of people

Cons

Coke does not pay standard overtime, instead they pay VROT, which works out to about $5 an hour. Consequently, they work their merchandisers to death, and then to add insult to injury, they hold many long-winded meetings, filled with information which could easily have been condensed into a short email and dishonest propaganda. Management is constantly trying to reinvent the wheel instead of just letting their workers do their jobs. This is a company that definitely thinks punishing and hypercriticizing people is cheaper than rewarding them. In 2011, they announced major changes to how merchandisers do their jobs. Managers now track merchandisers with GPS. They also required merchandisers to work 6 days on, 2 off, until many people quit, including myself. Then they switched to a system where many full-time workers were forced to become part-time workers without benefits. Who knows what's next? One thing is guaranteed. Life for workers at CCBCC is going downhill fast.

Pros

Day time hours and good pay for high school diploma. Get paid weekly and are fully invested when you are first hired.

Cons

Very hard work, driving your own car and work 6 weeks to get a weekend off. Only get 2 sick days a year and 1 personal day.
