Mismanagement of scheduling work days including holidays. Misinformation on days off. Computer system that causes delays in travel time with unorganized scheduling to customers and then productivity is questioned. No human interreaction. Long hours with mandatory overtime. Lack of communication between management and technicians which has gotten worse over time. Schedule to train and computers are down. Question qualifications of management to properly organize schedule, show favoritism, and supervise employees.
