      Pros

      Great corporate culture, excellent benefits, mostly good people, salary was okay. Good experience for entry level sales. I liked it there.

      Cons

      The supervisors and managers did not have a lot of experience, even though they said they had been there for a while. I was not too impressed.

      Pros

      Great experience, exposure to latest technologies, GMP's, people of different capacities & personalities from different continents of the world. Know and understand many places in the world etc.

      Cons

      Nothing much, Keeping a still better relation directly with the down stream will boost their moral.
