Great brand and in you are in the market 90% of the time. Ability to start your day at 5a-8a depending on your work load.

Cons

Pay is not a good reflection of work performed or GP produced. 10hr day min. You will have to work at 6p for at least an hour no matter what time you finished that day.

Small company that has a lot of growth. Lots of changes in business so the company has lots of projects and program to keep everyone busy. This is one of the most progressive bottlers in the in industry.

Cons

The organization's culture and business are driven by excessively strong Christian influences. It's good if you are a Christian but If you are not a Christian or you can't pretend to be one, this is not the place for you. Diversity is not valued. The HR function is not trusted or respected. Career growth is limited. Many experienced people have been in the same roles for many years.

I worked for Coca-Cola for over 30 years and have been in the employment of several different bottlers, but Coca-Cola Consolidated is the worst company I have ever worked for. They preach God and family, but completely practice the opposite. They expect you to work 16 hours a day and could care less about your family. So run as fast as you can to get away from them.
