Pros

- Decent pay (a bit low for the area) -Health benefits are really good - get to work independently (within the allotted time frame) - possibility to win really good prizes at sales rallies ( Flatscreen TVs, Football/Baseball tickets, iPads, etc)

Cons

Where do i begin... Before CCBCC took over a few yrs ago, The sales teams were much happier and much more willing to put in the work. Its been down hill ever since the change took place 1. Too much work, not enough sales people, not enough time and not enough incentive to get the job done right 2. Went from getting quarterly bonuses and incentives that were achievable to an annual bonus structure with unrealistic goals for the demographics of this market unit 3. Sales persons are salary based so no overtime for working over 10hrs a day 4. Management team is over worked and stressed. too busy doing other things to focus on their sales team 5. Employee turnover rate is insanely high. its was the complete opposite with CCR 6. Sales people are expected for cover over 70 locations all over the place. Sales route make no sense what so ever. There is no need to have 2 sales persons in the exact same area and or shopping center for that matter. Nor is their need for a daily route to cover 2 completely different areas that are more than 10-20 miles apart. 7. Sales persons have to use their own cars but the pay for mileage is laughable and almost less that half the federal rate. Sales persons drive more than 100 miles a day in some instances but only receive roughly $100-$120 for gas...ridiculious 8. Constantly out of the proper POS materials, but then we get dinged on surveys for not having proper POS 9. Constantly out of stock on many brands including Coke...How are you the coca cola company and you run out of coke???!!! Never had a constant out of stock issue with CCR 10. Too many last minute changes and requests. How can you tell someone at the end of their work day that they have to go merch a large store?? And you do not even get paid for doing someone elses job in a different department. dont even get a thank you 11. They do not care at all about our small store/independent customers. all they want is for everyone to carry everything no matter if the customers and consumers want the products instead of focusing on can and what does appeal to each demographic like CCR used to do 12. How do you have sales people but no commission, not reasonable sales incentives and only one bonus for all the selling, long hours, merching, building, assisting other teams and drivers, driving, delivering racks in our personal etc

Pros

Brand knowledge and name is all they are.

Cons

Pretty much everything about the place They're statement is "To honor god in all they do" yet, they treat employees and customers like crap. They're true statement should be "We're Coke! What are you going to do?" There is no value placed on employees, they push you to sale sale sale and if you do, they'll give you an expired bottle of a drink. Then, if you point it out they'll put you on blast for getting something for free. One of their benefits is getting cases of drinks cheap. They're cheap because they're 2 years old and either getting ready to expire or have. Again, say something and they fuss at you for being ungrateful to them for letting you buy products they'd never let a customer buy. And do not believe anything they tell you because it will change 2 hours later. They have a morning meeting for several hours, break for lunch and then an afternoon meeting for hours, in those meetings they send out emails about news policies, only to send out an email telling you to ignore previous emails. For a billion dollar company they are ran like the he man woman haters club from the little rascals. Scratch that. Spanky and Alfalfa actually knew what they were doing. Just like other massive companies, coke cares about one thing and one thing only. Profits! They don't grasp the concept that happy, content and appreciated employees build a better company. Their turn over rate is insane, because you are nothing but a number to them and easily replaced.

Pros

Not many. You don’t see your boss daily but they will still micro manage you through emails and threats.

Cons

They pay “daily rate” which they will try to sell to you as better than hourly, don’t buy into that. They talk about “family first” but it’s also a lie. They treat you like a contractor when it suits them, but turn around and stress you are an employee when it works to their benefit. Why is their a chaplain at work?
