Super smart, kind, curious, eager to help -your work is valued -you're treated as a person first and foremost--not as a worker -unlimited vacation -transparent management -ability to grow/upward mobility -great technical product that solves modern cloud challenges--this product will be successful (and already is) -fun team bonding activities (even during covid)
