Collaborative team environment with colleagues and managers Flexibility in work hours as a student Opportunities to positively impact children's lives. Many students really do come to learn.

Cons

Can be challenging at times to help many students simultaneously during peak hours when understaffed

-Working with kids -Really interesting concept

Cons

-Minimal room to grow -No healthcare, vision or dental benefits -Minimal training/support/PD from corporate -Corporate Home Office is very unorganized and does not listen to franchise owners or center directors -Corporate tends to release new curriculum/softwares before they are ready to be used - making it very frustrating for center directors, kids, and parents

Pros

Possible to move up if you keep active within the franchise. Such as trying to do development aspects rather than just trying to just continue to get better at your day to day. My management was really nice and involved since I started during the opening of our site, but may not be the case for everywhere so may not be much moving up or compensation.

Cons

Can be really challenging at first getting thrown in and not having an idea of how the system works.
