Pros
- Was a pretty chill job, sometimes a little slow, but during the summer could get a little hectic with the camps - Overall a pretty easy job once you know the curriculum the kids are doing - Free snacks for the senseis (at least at my location)
Cons
- When you're starting off, boss may micromanage a little bit to make sure you know what you're doing, but after you've been there for a bit, he trusts you and fully lets you work however you please.
