      Strong client roster, incredibly smart co-workers to learn from, leadership who cares about well being of employees

      Cons

      Lots of large clients, meaning you have to be comfortable working with large teams internally

      - wfh has been ok, people are understanding mostly - it is easy to go to a platform if you can survive a year or two

      Cons

      Nothing substantial has changed since the rebrand. It’s the same company, the same pros (hardly any), the same cons. Please read the SocialCode page before you commit to working here
