      Pushing hard to improve and evolve Lots of transparency for the financials The people I work with day to day are amazing Tools to get my job done

      Not where we need to be yet Not enough in person time Pushing hard can be tiring, but hours are manageable

      Good rate of pay Higher management always there when needed Values the staff team. Always have to best interest of the children. Always looking how we can improve for our young people . Family feeling .
