Good for entry level individuals looking to start their career

Pros

Opportunity to work on large brands with exciting concepts There are some great people that work there Fun events Learn a ton of interesting strategies across multiple platforms

Cons

Like most other reviews state, there's little to no work life balance. Working overtime on last minute client asks is one thing, but you're also working against last minute internal asks for other departments. No one will respect your time. There is also some misogyny where bros who are friends with leadership get promoted over individuals who actually get good peer feedback. Lastly, if you're looking for diversity, they have good programs but in practice there is little to no representation of diverse candidates at the top level (skews very white male).

Great learning experience. Wonderful place to start your journey in digital media. Great for fresh out of college.

Cons

Very demanding schedules. Work life balance doesn’t exist.
