      Pros

      As it's a student lead boot-camp, improves management skills. Good way to improve individually and start a career with. Managers and Directors are very friends always welcomes new ideas and improvements.

      Not that I can think of.

      Great way to gain leadership experience for college students

      Pros

      - Getting that "TPM" job experience on your resume which is hard to do when in college. - Friendly and lenient upper management. - You can do what you want with the role (office hours, extra events, etc..) as long as the basic needs of the students are being met.

      Cons

      - Only downside is that its unpaid.
