      Abrupt changes with fake/toxic positivity

      Pros

      - decent amount of hours - remote - normal workload is pretty doable

      Cons

      - lots of abrupt changes and additional requirement not listed in the contract but pushed out under the guise of positive changes; disrupting normal workflow - changes seem not planned out as they could be rolled back pretty soon - they're slowly making the part time tech fellow experience more and more corporate under the guise of being professional

      Great work culture, high salaries, great learning experience. This has been one of the best experiences I have had in my professional carear.

      Cons

      There are none, I wish I was not in a contract position and could work for the company full time.
