If you’re looking for a role that blends mentorship, technical growth, and community impact, this an incredible opportunity.

      Honestly, I don’t have any real cons. The role is rewarding. The only “con” might be that balancing the time commitment alongside school or work requires good time management, but that’s true of any meaningful opportunity.

      The opportunity to work with passionate, mission-driven, talented colleagues to make an impact on the next generation of engineers. A very caring, supportive management team.

      Cons

      There is very little hiring happening right now, so there are few opportunities for career advancement. The seasonal nature of the assignments makes it a good side hustle, but not a primary source of income.
