Pros

Used to be all about top quality work product and professionalism. Founder was / is a great engineer that knowns how to talk business and hired top quality workers

Cons

After being sold to PeopleTech, who's CEO cares about nothing but bringing in cheap H1B labor to do a mediocre job, it went down hill. In addition there is some shady ownership setup, made ONLY so it can be marked as a woman owned business, even though that female (PeopleTech's CEO's wife) has NOTHING to do with running the company

Awesome company when you're starting your career. you might end up gaining a broad experience in a couple of years, You get to work with incredibly smart people, The environment and atmosphere is so friendly and there is scope for improvement in all fields and there are experienced people out there to guide us all the time be it professional or personal

Pros

Good company, cares about their clients and employees. Although there have been ownership changes the management strives to keep the culture positive and supportive. .

Cons

With new ownership comes changes in benefits. Not all change is bad and the new ownership is putting in their plans while trying to retain the old focus as well. Company is moving form small local to larger and global.
