Pros
Though I am with the company for only a short while, it is evident that the culture created in the company is vibrant open friendly and informal, It has a communicative atmosphere where everyone has a place and a voice. It's a fast pace company with a fast pace development process using a great tech stack (and eating your own dog food). Colleagues are amiable cooperative and would always be there for you. Amazing product and domain, I consider it to be a great timing for hopping aboard, and enjoying the ride.
Cons
Small company that began a rapid growth, having cross continent/countries groups and related challenges.

Pros
I currently work in one of your US offices, many of our staff are remote. I really enjoy the fun and creative work environment the office has to offer. I love how I am constantly challenged and how every day brings something different to the table. The company also values teamwork, no matter what your problem, someone will lend a hand.
Cons
The staff is worldwide, so you do not know everyone one on one.
