Business Outlook
Pros
The people are very friendly Work life balance is very good (unlimited PTO) - I’ve taken a month off to travel with no issues. Benefits (401K/Health/Vision/commute) are very good, specially, if you’re a corporate employee.
Cons
There is not a good career development process. Not a lot of mobility unless someone gets promoted or leaves the company. The company is very disorganized and focuses on short term goals too much. The pay is good depending on your role but raises aren’t substantial.
