Competitive pay, great benefits, room to grow. Emphasis on internal development of employees.

Cons

With the addition of senior management from large mining companies like Rio Tinto, Barrick and Newmont, the company is becoming more like those large players. Compartmentalized, disassociating from individuals and a small tight knit group to a more broad stroke approach to management.
