Pay is not as good as some other firms set so it can go to PTO so no 1.5 pay

I am trying to understand part of your list of cons. Looks like you were typing fast. Forgive me if I am not addressing your concerns. We pay our salaried employees overtime at 1.0x. If we are asking for hours, we pay for the hours. But 1.5x pay is reserved for hourly employees. Not sure about the PTO comparison. Would like to understand better. The "increase pay" advice, however, is crystal clear ;) Dave Ruff - CEO
