We continue to review our compensation program against the marketplace. Every business lives in the tension between fixed costs, leverage, and resiliency. If the first two are well managed, resiliency is high. Resiliency and retention are interrelated. We want to prove that our people are valued by paying competitively (retain during economic stability), while maximizing resiliency (retain during market upsets). This always has been our winning strategy. Thanks for the review. Dave Ruff - CEO
