Production Expectations are reasonable Mentoring and training is offered. Office culture is positive With the in office req. there are snacks and beverages provided. With areas to take a break or relax. Lots of optional social events LGBTQIA+ Supportive and safe environment

Cons

Three days a week in office/two days remote. But its the same three days for all staff. Flexible as needed and able.
