There are indefinite cons of working at NIIT (Client Side) 1) There is no support from management (NIIT HR hardly gives a damn). 2) You are required to do shift extensions needlessly sometimes upto 16 hours. 3) There is no cafeteria or food sources. 4) 6 day work week and everyday you are required to come early for your shift as they also do not follow Niit's half an hour buffer. 5) No allowances are given except to those who bootlick the management. 6) Partiality is there on the basis of caste and religion and there is no self respect given to you ( sometimes they will ask you to bring tea and snacks from the market). 7) They also tell you to come in different teams in addition to which you were originally hired. 8) Leaves are hardly approved in anycase (whether someone is dying or in any emergency). 9) they will push you to leave the organization so that they can hire new employees ( so that new employee joining bonus can be shared among management and bootlickers).
