All type of Benefits. Special gifts on festival . Mangament is very smooth and listen to your problems. Seniors are helpful.

Cons

If you indulge in a project that is done at client site and at production leve then they cut your festival holidays ..... Yess no holidays are given even in festivals though they are given to other regular coforge employee.
