With Emergence of digital and open systems platform, it has opened door to newer engagements. Employees will need to step up and make those opportunities count. I do see contribution provided by staff even in these difficult times of pandemic. Existing talent now getting noticed in different accounts of Coforge. We are setting the right path to growth.
Cons
Along with Talent acquisition, organization must also focus on Talent retention. Internal job rotation is a bigger concern at least with few accounts. Also with new engagements in European regions we are yet to make a significant investment for growth whereas competitors have gone way ahead. We are struggling with just one customer and competitors have acquired multiple clients where it becomes easy to rotate talent and maintain employee satisfaction.
