Coforge has some of the smartest people within industry, and they put out some great thought pieces. There's always an expert if you want to seek help from.

Cons

They are hard driving and expect a lot. Not all bosses are good leaders however good they may be at management.

Pros

They have good pay and good benefits. They are relatively good about work/life balance, although it leans more towards work than life. However, they do make an effort to let you leave early or take time off or work from home if you request it. The on-board training is very thorough for a new hire.

Cons

Longer hours (which I think is a given in today's workplace), some travel and the lack of a robust health benefit package. Health benefits are strong in some areas but are costly or lack basic coverage in others.
