Pros
Coforge is Good place to work. Always feel like we are working as team. As per campus experience this really nice place to work. There is good opportunity to learning and development our own skills also.
Cons
Before hiring from outside , management should utilize own resource first if require then need to train own resource this will help both side resource and organization. Expecting coforge to invest different domain so that downside of any specific domain not impact on overall growth.
