      Job Security is good ,Project opportunities are plenty, but one has to land in good project teams. Travel opportunities are pretty good.

      Cons

      Need some work life balance for enjoying life outside work. This is one of the most crucial aspects but somewhere down the line gets very little attention by many companies.
