      ZERO hike, ZERO variable pay

      Pros

      Coforge has good projects in it's kitty but most of the employee friendly policies have been stopped

      Cons

      Coforge has not paid a single penny as a part of variable pay. One month before the appraisal cycle, they introduced the policy that says that variable pay is paid to only those employees who has A+ rating which is very unfriendly. Also for most of the projects, it's zero hike. Ultimately after the entire year, there's no change in your CTC.
