Currently have 2 years of experience. Here managers are good and responsive. they will guide you in your project and help you. Work-Life balance feels like a govt job (at least in my project). Good Hike (After 1 year I got a 33% hike) Work from home

Cons

Because of no workload, sometimes I feel bored. No career growth. because of WFH, I lost so many opportunities
