      Cons

      Managers have no manners to talk, they harass employees, HR also support management only. Manager treat employees like they are his slaves and he is the owner of everything. Hardwork or your talent is not appreciated here, only sycophant people can grow here. They hire you as software developer but force you to do BPO work(calling) and if you raise your voice against this they will make your job hell and pass bad comments.
