my experience with coforge was pathetic and that's why im writing this for freshers if you have other job offers don't even think of joing .
i was a fresher and got company placement and was hired as software engineer as i persuade b.tech in computer science as soon as i joined i was given a bond to sign for 3 yrs i signed it because i never thought of what was going to happen . i was given a technology which they call infrastructure and services and while we were in training one of our trainer told us that we will be asked to take calls because this what previous freshers are doing and are not happy and when we confirmed with the upper management they said dont worry it will not happen many of us wanted to change the technology but we could not we were not allowed one of us tried to change and no successand at last he had to resign and let me tell you these technologies are given randomly then one month before are training we were given a project and the work was to take CALLS they pressurise so much that u cannot change the project the management is so poor some of us left the company and had to pay the bond money which was more then we earned they did not gave me release and played with my career no one studies hard and works hard to do what calling but these people never understood i was so depressed everytime i had to take CALLS because this was not for which i did my btech .finally i resigned breaking the bond and i have to pay the bond money too . bond for what for telling us that we are software engineers and asking to take CALL wow and the role i was given was of a developer a developer taking CALLS never heard of that . a lot of my batchmates are stuck in that calling job but cannot leave because of bond money one of my college mate i met in my project and he was also in calling so watch out freshers also if you are joing and you get IMS(infrastructure and services) leave the company then only becasue if u do it late then you cannot leave .
