      The work culture at Coforge has been good overall. Job security wise also it's a good company since most of the projects are long term projects and you can remain a part of the same for a long term. Insurance and Mediclam Facilities are good. good HR practices, like half-day leave, car loan policy

      Cons

      No policy is yet arrived like - only 4days/week or 6hrs/day etc and the salary is reduced by same proportion.
