Hr management is very poor. They only care about themselves. They don’t want you to use the cr on the hallway area even if you can badge access to it. The fattest hr boss even told the other boss why the agents can use it. Favoritism among managers. We cannot use the spare room for smoking because it is against building protocol but managers and hr can use it secretly. One hr boss is also having an affair to another hr member. It makes me gross to my stomach because at hr you should be a good role model but they are the one doing the bad things. I also hate when they force us to join stupid tiktok challenges and if we don’t they will not allow us to have our lunch. I referred my cousin to this company but she did not continue after the first interview because the first interviewer can speak english well, wrong grammar and not sure about how much the offer is. They don’t even look professional they look like kids running around. They also went out to buy coffee i think and left other applicants waiting because they said the recruiter is late. So if you are applying to this company, run! They are not professional. So many demands for 16k salary only
