Employee first policy and individual growth on every step has been my main reason to remain part of the organisation for a decade. Good management, efficient Human Resources team provides a total job satisfaction and good work life balance.

Cons

Although company provides variable components in compensation to its employees, but annual bonus at every level would have been nice.
