Making record profits and growth, but no pay bump for staff

The salary at Coforge is below the industry standard, and there are no regular salary hikes. Even though the company is making record profits and growing fast, the employees are not being rewarded for their hard work. The local Indian teams have already faced several cutbacks, like changing from free transport to work to now being charged for taxi travel, and the removal of free breakfast. Some Indian colleagues who got the chance to work in Australia told me that Coforge has now changed the retirement fund there, and this has taken away a big portion of staff money and this saves Coforge money. There are also frequent problems with payroll. Most of the time, it is blamed on a system glitch, and we are asked to wait until the next month to fix it.
