      Regular updates of Coforge is given by management thru Townhalls to everyone In Coforge you will get chance to enhance your knowledge and learn the latest technologies If you have talent then you will get opportunities You are appreciated for your work thru various medium like, Monthly Star awards, Inspire award or Awards given during annual celebration This year even in pandemic, Coforge organized a virtual Annual Day celebration which had various entertainment activities, updates from management and award ceremony

      Every organization have positives and negatives, I cannot think of any big negative which can overshadow the positives I have mentioned above

      The Virtual Annual Day and the subsequent online celebrations were a very good step. In this situation, when we are missing office connect and team bonding, it was a refreshing initiative.
