Pros

Great exposure with new learning everyday. Always top on clients priority and their work. We feel comfort while working as we may get the leave as we want or sometimes we confess to company to allow us work from home.

Cons

Depending on the project and the management team on the project, there are times when you'll be working a lot of hours and doing tasks that aren't very exciting but need to be done.

Working culture is good. You can learn many things and area newly here.The work atmosphere at Coforge is excellent.Opportunities to work for different projects.

Cons

Not much cons to be told.Some clients and projects are strange, work at weekend.Takes a long time to be at the top level due to the competition level.
