By far the best workplace I have worked and the company are policies are good and fair. There is growth in good projects and you get Onsite opportunities too. The workplace good for an employee.

Cons

Don't expect a salary hike. It is less likely to be done.

Pros

The best reasons to work at Coforge include the fact that people who work there are talented and easy to get along with. There are also promotions annually and if you perform well you will be allowed to take on many responsibilities.

Cons

The downsides of working for Coforge are the long hours and the fact that some projects are not planned well enough from the beginning. There is a focus on staying busy and working quickly while there is not enough focus on planning.
