      NIIT BPO is pathetic place to work with beacause of political managers

      Pros

      Currently no pros cause all tenured employees have left and HR there does not value people. NIIT BPO travel will never grow cause of the senior management. They are highly unprofessional and unethical.

      Cons

      NIIT BPO business is shrinking cause of politics managers and above. If you can do &ss lick you can survive. If you voice out your opinion NIIT management will stoop down to any level so you leave. This is specially with travel logistic portion. Managers there are found only on break gossiping round.To save their job , compelling by hook or crook to throw tenured employees. Please remember they will/ are badmouthing NIIT cause of few. HR does nothing.... they take action on escalation looking at the designation
