Cons
Not a good place to start your career with. They dont ask freshers their choice of Stream. They themselves allocate streams as Java Developer, .Net developer, Tester, DBA etc. And you cant change they no matter how much uncomfortable you are in your current choice of profile. Another drawback is they dont consider job rotation requests. If you have been working with the same project for long and you request job rotation, it is more likely your request will be rejected. I worked with the same preoject for 5 years and then finally resigned after my job rotation request was not considered multiple times. They have horrible increments (single digit approx 6 or 7%) The variable bonus component which is annual, is most of the times not paid although it is a part of your CTC.
